Highland Oaks Subdivision
Was established in 2000 to provide a relaxing community lifestyle
outside the Lubbock city limits. The one plus acre lots afford plenty of
room to play and garden while still providing a neighborhood
atmosphere. There are now four phases consisting of 255 lots.
Highland Oaks has a waterfall entryway, swimming pools and a
clubhouse available for parties, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts,
playground equipment and a large park with a bicycle trail and a
half-mile walking/jogging track.
.
Our subdivision is located in Lubbock-Cooper ISD
off of Slide Road approx. 1.25 miles south of FM 1585.
